Yes! I've decided to side track. Saturday I started working at Pizza Hut as a delivery driver. I absolutely loved it! So I'm making a nice matching cash bag to go with the Pizza Slut ensemble. I'm using my Red Cascade 220 yarn for my hat. Is it wrong to use yarn for something totally different than what you bought it for?
I want to felt it but first I've got to return to In the Making and buy some in black. I want to knit in a skull and cross bones or the words "Pizza Slut" on it. What ya'll think? Sorry I've not blogged in so long. I've been worn out from work. I'm making myself take a blogging break. You have to do that every now and then other wise you'll go looney!

ReplyDeleteNot only is it not wrong to use yarn for something else, it's normal. lol Besides, you might still have enough for a hat. Those things have a LOT of yardage. (220...which of course is why it's called Cascade 220...i'm weird)
I personally would love to see your Pizza Slut hat finished. But I have that unique and how so clever sense of humor.
