Punkin Carving day
Today after lunch we picked out 3 pumpkins at Walmart and started hacking at them.
Also got the DRT box finally yesterday. I picked it up, knit the dish rag then boxed it back up with some goodies for emily and took off in a record 3 hr turn around. Woot!!! I hope we place this year! I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Ya'll go carve a punkin!! You can do what we did and get the pattern book that has tools with it too. SOOO easy and fun. ;-)

Now where the hell did September go?
Okay so I know I've been away for a bit. That again I apologize. but now really been really really busy.
Not only have I've been knitting, I've been planning a freakin wedding, going to a festival some triple hoop hoopin and some knitting for good measure. I don't know about you but I must confess planning a small wedding knowing you HAVE to invite more than what constitutes a "small" wedding is quite tough. It's like ok I invite 200 cause I have to but who out of that 200 will show up? Sucks. Cause Yeah. I'm proud to say that I've completed my first pair of socks since like 2005 so ha ha to those whom though I couldn't do it. ok wait I talked about that in my last blog so wahhh.
Ok so socks are not the point here the point is/was (pick it yourself but not your nose) that I've got a month of stuff done. yeah so I'll stop boring the 6 people that may acctually still read my blog after all these years wishing that I'd do more when I don't beca
